This week's recipe is a Japanese favourite family food - Chicken Katsu.
The ingredients needed are simply as below:
1. A pack of chicken thighs - Cut into small pieces.
2. Plain flour, bread powder, salt, egg.
First, mix salt and plain flour with cut chicken, then go through egg liquid, add bread powder. Heat oil and fry it about 5-8 minutes until it turns golden colour.
